THE ROLE
We have a new role for an Operations Support Manager to join an established Legal & Company Secretariat team
The role will involve leading and managing the administrative/support services for the team.
The role will also involve assisting with some company secretarial duties.
Risk managment
Liaising with external law firms and advisers
Document management/proof reading
THE CANDIDATE
You will be ready to make a career move to a new and challenging role as a key member of an established team.
You will have previous experience of working in a team coordination role, preferably within the legal sector or a commercial environment
You will also have some Company Secretarial experience, strong organisational and IT Skills
The role is ideally suited to an individual looking to develop a career as a paralegal or company secretariat professional
