Job description

• Trained Barista with a passion for great producing great coffee plus other food and beverages to a high standard
• Have great all round skills working either alone or part of the team.
• Take pride in the quality of products they produce, consistently making customer experiences truly great.
• As a Qualified Barista and key holder your key responsibilities will be:
• The opening or closing of the store
• Handling money including Cashing up.
• Maximising sales per customer
• Keeping your workspace and store clean and tidy at all times
• Good communication skills serving customers politely and always with a smile

The successful candidate will also be expected to:

• Hold a current Foundation Certificate in Food Hygiene or acquire one within 3 months of start date
• Maintain a high standard of Hygiene and Health and Safety within the premises
• Know the business inside out, from the people to the products and everything in between!
• Complete all required training and any other task reasonably expected of the role
