Our commercial property team specialise in commercial property and land deals, renewable energy, telecommunications, plus commercial leases, and property portfolio management. With 6 partners and 18 lawyers in our top-tier Legal 500 commercial property practice, you can be sure our ability is second-to-none. As a Legal Support Administrator/Audio Typist (Client Care Coordinator) at Tees you will be working directly with our expert Lawyers and other professional specialists and liaising with clients. Client Care Coordinators at Tees are integral to helping their team deliver the very highest levels of client service across the firm. Supporting our Commercial Property lawyers, you will support the Client Care Manager with the execution of your team’s workload ensuring exceptional and proactive administrative support. This, alongside the prospect of working in a supportive, but challenging environment, alongside established industry experts, offers an ideal opportunity to play a major role within an exciting, progressive law firm with great career prospects.
As a Client Care Coordinator at Tees your role will include:
- Assisting the team in providing exceptional and proactive administrative support whilst utilising your strong audio dictaton and transcription skills.
- Checking, amending and the formatting of letters and other documents produced by the Document Production team.
- Compiling urgent confidential correspondence and emails on behalf of the legal advisers.
- Ensuring completed correspondence with clients and third parties is delivered in an efficient and timely way.
- Providing additional support functions to the Commercial Property team including the scanning and filing of documents.
