PingWind is hiring a Customer Support SME for our VEMSIS contract

• High School or GED
• A minimum of 3 years’ experience
• Demonstrated knowledge and use of modern software development and DevOps tools.
• Demonstrated success implementing and/or maintaining a customer support workflow, for all touch points including (but not limited to) managing new release communications, bug fixes, and support requests/questions.
