LEGAL SECRETARY / ADMINISTRATOR
Monday to Friday flexible hours.

Our well-established client has an exciting opportunity for a secretarial role to support their Solicitors in a small and friendly firm based in Stony Stratford, Milton Keynes.

Responsibilities
The role is to provide support to Solicitors in the practise.
Duties
Your duties will include:
- Greeting Client upon arrival and directing them to the meeting room / Assisting with the collation of paperwork
- Liaising with clients in order to confirm appointments/ obtain payment for services rendered /provide information.
- Preparing Invoices
- Sending Standard Client Care Letters
- Opening and Closing Client Files
- Preparing Expenses Claims
- Answering the telephone and directing phone calls
- Organising documents and paperwork and maintaining files
Responsibilities
You will be responsible for keeping office administration and operations running smoothly.
The Candidate
The successful applicant will have administrative experience and be interested in working in a busy legal practise.
Essential prerequisites include:
*Team player who enjoys working in an inclusive environment.
*Good Organisational and time keeping track record.
*Strong computer skills.
