About the Role
The successful candidate will manage Oasis Community Learning’s (OCL) claims portfolio and provide support and advice on the claims process as well as manage your own caseload of claims/legal issues, investigations, policy work and projects. You will have the opportunity to make your own impactful contribution in shaping and developing this area of work. You will also provide administrative support to the directorate.
You will be proactive, have excellent written communication skills, an eye for detail, a genuine enthusiasm for ensuring that systems and records operate efficiently, and that any discrepancies are resolved.
This role is a full-time, permanent, all year around post, but flexible and part-time working are available. You can also work from home or in an office location.
Candidates must:
- Have an interest in legal issues or insurance
- Be proficient in Excel and Microsoft Word
- Be highly accurate and pay attention to detail
- Have very good standards of written English
- Be able to work at pace
A degree in law is not an essential requirement for this role but highly desirable as well as interest in information services.
