We currently have a fantastic opportunity for a hardworking, highly organised individual to join our busy Legal Team, based at our Head Office in Lichfield.

Accountable and responsible for the day to day management of the contracts database. Working with our customers on the completion and review of our key contracts. Also providing support with management of the information security inbox and subject access requests.

Skills:

• Strong administrative and organisational skills
• Good attention to detail
• Ability to liaise with operations teams to gather evidence to defend claims
• Basic knowledge of contracts and how they work
• Basic understanding of data protection
• Strong relationship and team building skills – able to foster a culture of collaboration
• People management skills,
• Good communications skills

Experience & Qualifications:

• Administrative role
• Ideally some legal experience / experience in working alongside or in legal teams
