Job Summary:

We are a reputable Residential Building Company who require a Legal Consultant or paralegal to assist our team in London to handle some additional workload.

To provide assistance in litigation issues for the companies and projects. To advise and manage all legal issues and documentation in connection with the activities of any of the Group companies.

Assistance required in :

• Provides legal support to the group company.
• Assist in managing all legal issues including obtaining legal advice, drafting contracts and instructions, completing legal documents, applications, notices, attending court and making recommendations about what legal action should be take.
• Deals with all legal issues and assists in litigation
• Prepares legal documents for court, organises pleadings.
• Manages the preparation and approval for all legal matters
• Comply with all company rules and procedures.
• Any other duties as required

Qualifications and Skills:

• 3 years plus experience as a Paralegal preferably in Residential Property.
• IT literate with a strong attention to detail.
• Self-motivated, excellent communications skills, able to organise and co-ordinate well.
