This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced legal assistant to deal with a wide range of general civil litigation in various forums. We are looking for a real team player, who is self-motivated and adaptable, able to deliver to tight timescales. You will be acting for our Boroughs in relation to a wide range of litigious matters including, contractual disputes, claims relating to the exercise of statutory powers, debt recovery, defending judicial review, public law or other civil claims. A knowledge of the Civil Procedure Rules and local government legislation and governance is desirable and/or can be developed
