Role & Office Overview:
Due to the rapid growth of our B2B Marketing Campaigns here at Golley Slater, we are currently expanding our Business Development Executives and with this, comes an expansion of our Quality Control Team!
You will be joining our riverside Leeds contact centre and have a high for detail. A day to day includes listening to outbound calls made my our business development agents to ensure that they are compliant, polite and adhering to business policies and legislation.
Full training is provided so you will not only be an expert on the quality of each call, but will also be an expert on the specific campaigns you are marking. You will also get ongoing support from our Learning & Development team, our experienced Quality Control Team and our Operations Management Team.

No experience in sales, or quality control is needed we are looking for the perfect person, not the perfect experience. However, we do welcome people who have come from a quality control background.
We are based in a contact centre directly in Leeds City Centre so commuting in is very easy on public transport links (we are less than 5 minutes from Leeds City Centre!). Responsibilities:
- Listen to outbound sales and business development calls identify they are adhering to quality standards.
- This includes but is not limited to; identifying soft skills, ensuring that the call is within guidelines set by our client and making sure that the call is compliant.
- Recommend and implement call processes to operational management to enhance caller experience.
- Provide thorough, measurable and effective feedback to agents and management.
- Follow processes to measure agent performance and quality effectively whilst showing best practice.
- Manage own workload effectively and accurately whilst making sure CRM systems are fully up to date.
Skills and Experiences:
- Being self-motivated to be able to work unsupervised.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Eye for detail and being adaptable.
- Strong PC skills, including the full Microsoft Office.
- Being a People Person we want to meet a number of different people.

Salary and Benefits Package:
- Basic Salary up to £22,000
- No evenings or weekends work! (M-F 9am 5pm)
