What you will do:

  • Assist our pre litigation team with personal injury files including:
  • Assist clients with setting up insurance treatment benefits
  • Obtain regular updates from clients regarding recovery
  • Organizing and assembling application packages
  • Filing, faxing, scanning, and copying
  • Assisting with routine correspondence (prepare and type correspondence, pleadings, etc.)
  • Arranging for court filing of documents
  • Following up with medical clinics, insurance companies on files status
  • Inputting reminders, updates, and saving correspondence within our file management software
  • Handling clients’ relations and provide exceptional customer service experience to all clients
  • Performing other administrative tasks as required
You have:
  • Exceptional customer service experience
  • Diploma from an accredited legal assistant program is preferred
  • Ability to work independently and as part of team
  • Attention to detail and high level of accuracy is crucial for this role
  • Successful applicants must provide proof of qualifications.
This is an onsite position.

Salary: $45,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
