Job description
Following a promotion, we are looking for a conveyancer or paralegal to join our Legal Property Team on a permanent full time basis as a legal assistant
You will be part of an experienced Team supporting the Council on legal property matters over its large property holdings - including housing, industrial estates and beach and leisure sites. The role will involve a case load of residential and commercial purchases and sales, commercial leases, easements, wayleaves and land registration as well as providing support to senior colleagues on larger projects.
This is your chance to make a real difference and support the Council’s work on increasing the supply of affordable housing, levelling up regeneration schemes and achieving its carbon reduction commitments.
