Job description
We are looking to assist a local multi office client of ours on their search for experienced Admin Assistants to join their Private Client and Family teams on a full-time basis. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years’ experience working as a general admin assistant within a law firm. The successful candidate will be a highly organised and efficient individual, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, and able to handle a variety of administrative tasks with accuracy. Key responsibilities include: Assisting with the administration of residential conveyancing matters Liaising with clients, solicitors, estate agents and other professionals Maintaining an effective filing system Ensuring accurate and timely completion of paperwork Assisting with the preparation of legal documents Providing support to the team The successful candidate must have excellent IT skills, including experience of working with databases and document management systems. Knowledge of legal terminology and processes is also highly desirable along with prior experience working within a law firm. We are not looking to speak to individuals looking to start their legal career as a administrator with a view to develop in the future as this is a position, with on the job training.
