Location: London/Newbury (field based)

Hours: Full time 37.5 hours per week – Mon to Fri

As a Fixed Networks Engineer within the Vodafone Fibre Services team you will be responsible for the fundamental and detail planning of the extensions and alterations to the Vodafone Fibre Network to support Customer Delivery, Core Project Build, Assure and Diversionary Works requirements.
What you'll do
Validate Build Orders received and confirm deliverables and indicative timescales to account team- Confirm requirements to partner design organisation, Instigating fibre network checks, detailed design, and planned solution completion
- Review output, check fibre layer compliance, confirm received Costs/Deliverables to Account team for approval
- Instruct partner organization to proceed with delivery
- Review on completion, as built documentation and approve delivery to planned solution, approving, or seeking rectification.
- Build planned solution and approve as built confirmation on Vodafone GIS Fibre Inventory Systems
Who You Are
Effective communication skills – both written and verbal- Worked with customers in a customer facing role
- Competent user of Microsoft office 365 suite
- Willing to learn and take on new objectives
- Team player
