We are looking for a Legal Administrator to work from our Thame High Street Office. This is an excellent opportunity to work with our busy Commercial Property team supporting fee earners and contributing to ensuring our clients receive the excellent service we are well known for.
What will you be doing?
This role will be responsible for answering client calls, responding to enquiries and liaising with clients and other firms. You will be preparing documents and correspondence based on templates. You will also undertake general file management and assist the fee earner in administrative tasks as they arise.
To be considered for this role you must have:
- excellent communication and customer service skills
- previous experience in a similar administrative role
- a high level of attention to detail
- a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- organisational skills and the ability to prioritise your own workload

This is a permanent position working Monday to Friday. Flexible working hours can be considered.
