The Transaction Monitoring Change Analyst is responsible for ensuring all changes to the TM workflow applications and/or tools are captured, reviewed, approved, and communicated to the impacted operational teams, also supporting TM change initiatives liaising with stakeholders, ensuring the implementation of workflow changes meets governance requirements and co-ordinating testing required in the Investigations teams.

The difference you’ll make.

  • Tracking, investigating and resolving of issues related to TM Workflow processes and procedures, including strategic tools, legacy systems, and end user computing tools.

  • Collaborating with other capabilities in the FC CoE on cross capability issues and changes, including the Business areas where applicable.

  • Co-ordinating and contributing to any testing required by the Investigations teams (e.g. APPIAN)

  • Ensuring that internal customer needs and stakeholders’ expectations are considered and that timely responses are provided, and SLAs met where appropriate.

  • Working closely with the TM Procedures team to draft new and / or changes to the process / procedures for TM workflow.

What you’ll bring.

  • Experience of working in a regulatory change driven environment, preferably TM with a focus on workflow and process changes; APPIAN experience is beneficial as is wider TM system experience.

  • Experience in AML/CTF investigations is beneficial either from a previous role in AML/CTF or related discipline such as Fraud investigations, and/or a previous role in relevant transaction processing operations.

It would also be nice for you to have.

  • Experience of working in the Financial Services industry with knowledge of banking products and services.

  • Understanding of Santander Bank wide FC frameworks, policies, procedures, and processes.

  • Understanding of Santander Bank structure roles, accountabilities, and requirements Excellent Decision Making and Judgement skills

  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills required.

This is a permanent opportunity to be based in any of the following office locations: Milton Keynes, Glasgow, Bradford or Sheffield.

This role can offer flexible working arrangements with standard working hours between 9am-5pm Monday to Friday.
