What you’ll be doing
BPP is currently seeking a highly motivated and organised individual to join our in-house Legal Team as an Administrative Assistant or Paralegal Apprentice. This role will involve providing essential support to various departments within the business, with a focus on supplier due diligence, contract management, invoice management, and compliance matters.
The responsibility of the role includes processing requests for contract approval from the business and obtaining signature approvals from directors, managing the Legal Team's invoicing, and working with the finance department on budget-related tasks.
You be required to oversee BPP's compliance procedures by reviewing new supplier due diligence and making risk-based judgments for onboarding third parties.
You would oversee shared mailboxes and addressing queries related to supplier forms and contract signatures, with administrative tasks such as, letter writing, document filing, and communication with courts and tribunals.
