Sentinel are currently recruiting for 5 Graduate Recruitment Consultants to start in our brand new London Bridge office in September! We work with well-known brands such as Apple, PlayStation, DeBeers, Deloitte and Deliveroo. We offer the opportunity to earn 30% commission on every deal you make without a threshold from day 1.
We offer full training throughout your career starting with our initial 6 month training programme. Our current CEO started as a trainee demonstrating the opportunity for progression and long term careeer growth. Important to note, recruitment is a sales job so you will need to have a strong motivations to work in business to business sales. Your success in the role will be deterimined by your ability to persuade hiring managers that they should use you as an external provider of technology talent.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Developing new and existing business relationships through B2B sales
- Headhunting experienced candidates for client requirements
- Generating leads and market information
- Using social media and job boards to identify top talent
- Working both in a team and independently
- Working to targets
