Salary: £28,007 - £42,365 per annum (Qualified Lecturer)

We are looking for 2 inspiring Lecturers in Travel, Aviation and Hospitality to join our Travel & Tourism department based at our main site in West Bromwich on a full time basis until the end of the academic year 23/24.
As part of this role you will deliver a range of travel and tourism subjects with the ability to be flexible in teaching levels 1 – 3 in line with the college’s aims and objectives for this area’s curriculum plan. You will work closely with management, colleagues and students to ensure success for both college and students. Your confidence and excellent communication skills will also ensure a great partnership with our stakeholders too.
This is a great opportunity for individuals with previous experience in the Travel and/or Tourism sector to help shape the future of our department. We are a growing department with a motivated, hardworking and welcoming team. Not only will you be leading tutorship on the course and sharing your experience and knowledge but you always be creating opportunities for students, including work experience. You will be motivated and have great interpersonal skills and an ability to engage, motivate and support mixed ability learners. You may be asked to attend residentials and enrichment trips as part of your role.
An academic background in Travel, Tourism or Aviation would be fantastic, along with a recognised teaching qualification, (L5 or above). We are looking for individuals who can inspire our students with passion and enthusiasm.
