We are looking for a candidate with the knowledge and experience to design, develop, deliver and assess high-quality learning experiences across a range of modules in HRM. The successful candidate will design and deliver a curriculum that is relevant, engaging and effective in preparing our students for their future careers. They will also work with partner institutions to ensure a high quality student experience for all students.

The successful candidate will have a PhD or equivalent qualification or experience in a related subject and have a proven track record of applied research and scholarship. They will help the development and delivery of our undergraduate and postgraduate courses. They will be an excellent team player with a positive attitude, a flexible approach and the ability to work independently. They will have experience of teaching/supervising students, experience of adapting to meet student expectations and an ability to plan, prioritise and organise work and resources to ensure student needs are met.
