Lecturer in Art, Design & Media
Hours of work: 37 hours per week
Salary: £23,735 - £34,259 per annum
Location: Selby
We have a fantastic opportunity for a Lecturer to join our dedicated and friendly Art. Design and Media team.
As a Lecturer in Art, Design & Media, the successful candidate will contribute to the delivery of Art, Design & Media programmes within the department. You will lead on the design, delivery and development of a range of courses including the Higher National Diploma Art & Design programmes.
We believe our Lecturers should provide an excellent student experience so that students both enjoy and achieve their qualifications, and develop wider personal, professional and academic skills to enable their continued progression and success.
As a Lecturer in Art, Design & Media, the ideal candidate will have:
- A Degree in Art & Design or another related discipline
- GCSE A* - C / 9 – 4 in Maths and English or equivalent as a minimum
- Experience of working with a broad range of learners
- Experience of working in the Art, Design and Media sector
- The ability to teach on a range of courses within the area
