About the Role and Person

Your core role and focus is to ensure Accent provide excellent services to our Homeowners. We want our people and our customers to be proud of the services and homes we provide, and you have a key part to play in this. Being part of the team that is often the first point of contact for our homeowner customers. Being a dependable member of our Homeownership team, part of our Strategy & Growth directorate, contributing to our continually improving services to homeowners. You will provide answer to more complex or wider queries by collaborating with colleagues when required and work in partnership with our Housing Services team with regards to mixed tenure sites.

Location
This role will cover North-west Patch of the country.
The successful candidate will be required to live within a commutable distance from our Burnley regional office. We’re a keen promoter of agile working and encourage the use of working from home as well as in the office, as long as we meet our customer’s needs.
We’ll provide you with the equipment and software that you’ll need for the purpose of your role however it will be your responsibility to have an appropriate space to work from as well as a suitable broadband connection/provider.
Salary
The spot salary for this post is £35,413 per annum. Applicants, who do not meet all of the requirements of the post, will start 5% or 10% below the spot salary.
This post will also receive a car allowance of £1,250 per annum.
