Our client is a award winning UK market leader in the production of branded confectionery for promotional campaigns, events and product launches. They are looking for reliable, flexible and hardworking candidates that thrive in working in a fast paced environment to join their team as a Warehouse Operative

Shifts for a Warehouse Operative are :

  • 09:00-17:00 – £10.50 per hour
  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekly Pay (Friday)

General Duties of a Warehouse Operative

  • Ensure a clean, healthy and safe work environment
  • Complete daily start up checks and log this on daily start up sheet
  • Set up machines and ensure they are in proper working order
  • Monitor machines during every procedure to ensure optimum running
  • Stop, reset machines when malfunctions occur, and report any issues to the supervisor
  • Ensure that the line runs according to assigned production quantity and speed
  • Inspect and remove defective products
  • Verify and adjust product weight or measurement to meet specifications
  • Maintain machines as a team
  • Understand and to be able to effectively run the lines
