ACCOUNTABLE FOR: Supporting and mentoring our interns within the project

HOURS 37.5 hours

SALARY: £23,242.00 per annum term time only

Overall Responsibilities:

• To guide Learning Mentors within their roles of lesson delivery.

• To plan and deliver personalised learning to students between the ages of 16 and 25 with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities. This will mainly be on a 1-1 basis, but on occasion, may include, teaching small groups.

• To collaborate effectively with their curriculum lead, providing on going feedback of students’ progress.

• Oversee and carry out education programmes in line with ROC college’s ethos of high expectations.

• To be responsible for the effective administration of record keeping on Databridge for your cohort of individual students.
