Job Responsibilities: As a Paralegal, you will play a crucial role in supporting our legal team by undertaking various administrative and research tasks. Your responsibilities will include:

Client Communication: Interacting with clients over the phone, building rapport, and confidently addressing their enquiries and concerns. Your interpersonal skills should enable you to establish positive relationships with our valued clients.

Written Communication: Producing high-quality written documents, such as letters, legal memos, and court forms, with the utmost precision and adherence to legal standards. Your strong written English skills will be essential in effectively conveying complex legal information.

Legal Research: Assisting solicitors with legal research tasks, gathering relevant information, and analysing case precedents and legislation to support the development of strong legal arguments.

Document Management: Organising and maintaining case files, ensuring that all necessary documents are accurately filed and readily accessible to the legal team.

Time Management: Demonstrating excellent timekeeping skills by efficiently prioritising tasks and meeting deadlines, ensuring the smooth workflow of the legal department.

Qualifications and Skills: To be considered for this role, you must possess the following qualifications and skills:

Excellent Interpersonal Skills: You should be a confident communicator with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues alike.

Verbal and Written Communication: You must have exceptional verbal and written English skills, allowing you to communicate clearly, concisely, and effectively.

Attention to Detail: Your meticulous nature and keen eye for detail will ensure the accuracy of legal documents and filings.

Legal Knowledge: While prior paralegal experience is preferred, it is not essential. However, a basic understanding of legal terminology and processes will be advantageous.

Time Management: You should be highly organised, capable of multitasking, and possess excellent timekeeping skills to thrive in a fast-paced legal environment.
