Pay & Hours:
We offer a competitive pay of £32,000 per annum with a contract of 42 hours a week
About You:
We are looking for an experienced retail manager to be our Troubleshooting Manager to oversee the daily operations of our stores and to work alongside the Area Manger
You will have an understanding of how to identify sales drops and how to maximise sales in store
Enable to lead, train, and motivate a team with a hands-on approach.
Excited to work in a fast-paced environment.
Be adaptable and able to solve problems.
You must own your vehicle to travel around stores - Fuel card provided
What are we looking for?:
Experience in retail management - Ideally Shop Manager level
Experience with team leading or supervising within food service or a retail
setting.
A good communicator with a track record of success in previous roles.
Able to take responsibility within a face paced environment and provide
high levels of customer service
Training and development of staff members
What you will be responsible for:
A Troubleshooting Manager will not have one set store, they will be supporting and training stores within their divisional area that are either underperforming or may have new members of staff that need further training to achieve the required level of the role.
Your job is to spend time in a store running certain shifts and identifying key changes needed to improve sales and customer service.
A weekly report is to be done on the findings and changes already implemented so this can be followed up by the area manager or assistant area manager.
