Our Leadership, Learning and Talent team are currently hybrid working, so sometimes you’ll be working from home, on other occasions be at our Leeds, Bradford or Peterborough offices.
About this role
We are introducing a new Learning Partner Lead role to our structure to provide dedicated support to lead, develop and coach our expanding team of Learning Partners. Ensuring that they are a high performing, flexible team that deliver a first-class learning experience, putting human-centred design at the heart to better meet business priorities. This role will also partner the enabling parts of the business to effectively identify, scope, prioritise and deliver on their learning needs.
We have a network of learning champions across YBS and this role will be responsible for leading and inspiring this group. Keeping abreast of external developments in Learning and Development, sharing these and initiatives across YBS to ensure a motivated, inspired and proactive network of learning individuals.

You will have a strong consultative approach and be able to build strong relationships with colleagues, stakeholders and third parties. With strong communication and relationship building skills, you’ll be more than ready to engage and collaborate with colleagues at all levels across YBS, together with 3rd party suppliers. At heart, you will be a self-directed learner who just loves applying your learning. You get a kick from inspiring others to be the same.
