An established, rapidly expanding Football and Education company is seeking a highly motivated salesperson with a track record of success, to strengthen its position as the leading referral agent for some of the very best football specialist Universities and private football academies in both the UK and overseas.
Responsibilities:
- Meet monthly KPIs for income generation and pipeline development.
- Manage the full sales cycle from responding to new client enquiries, helping them determine the most suitable academy or University option for their needs, through to securing deposits for programmes, looking for referrals and providing ongoing client support.
- Provide first class customer service and communication to clients and provide honest, expert advice where appropriate.
- Keeping in regular contact with your allocated points of contact at partner programmes, in order to maintain excellent relationships and close communications.
- Being a product and industry expert with ability to feedback to management and partners on opportunities for for future developments.
- Represent UKFG at events in both the UK and overseas and maximise opportunities when attending these events.
- Develop and maintain knowledge of other UKFG services in order to cross sell where appropriate.
Skills:
- Proven track record of success in sales
- Excellent understanding of football.
- Core values including honesty, integrity and transparency.
- Experience with presentations or teaching is a plus but not mandatory.
- Trustworthy and responsible.
- Ability to relate to players (aged 16-22) and their parents.
- Good customer service skills.
- Goal oriented and results driven.
- Sense of urgency and high degree of professionalism.
Whilst this is a remote working role, there will be times during the year that you will be expected to attend company face to face meetings.
