Shift pay rather than pay per call, which means you are paid from the start of your first call to the end of your last call within a shift.*
Pay: £10.00 p/hr - £10.30 p/hr

As a Support Worker, you will be offered a full-time working pattern on a week 1 and week 2 shift pattern, which includes:
- Alternate weekend working
- Early and Late Shifts
Example shift pattern:
- Working on a 2-week rota
- Working 1 weekend in a fortnight

Training

- Training development: funded Level 2 and other accredited courses.
