Greenwellgleeson are pleased to be working exclusively with a successful professional services business in Bromsgrove to recruit an Interim Financial Accountant on a 3-6 month contract. This is a hybrid role, offering 2 days WFH.

Reporting into the Financial Reporting Controller, your duties will include:

Key responsibilities

Production of monthly Shareholder (Private Equity) reporting pack

Production of monthly, quarterly and annual Lender Reporting packs for review

Delivery of technical accounting papers required for the audit of the Group and subsidiary accounts

Production of Group and subsidiaries statutory accounts and tax compliance

Support as required through the statutory audit process

Assist Reporting Accountant and Financial Controller when required

Support in delivery of monthly adviser reporting

Assist in production of Regulatory reporting for the Group and its and regulated subsidiaries

Ad hoc financial projects as required

Key Requirements

ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified

Experience of group consolidations and IFRS

Ideally financial services/professional services background – Desirable but not essential
