Purpose of role: The Crown Estate achieves its strategy through the knowledge and development of its people. This role delivers the breadth of our learning and development provision to enable everyone to be effective, skilled and to reach their potential within their roles and their career.
Main Accountabilities:
- Next Generation Programme – Develops and delivers our Graduate, Apprentice, Intern, Work Experience and School Leavers programmes, working with internal stakeholders and external suppliers and partners to inform our programme and ensure an inclusive programme.
- Management Development Programmes – Co-creates and co-delivers engaging and effective management development programmes for all managers \ supervisors across TCE. Co-delivers programmes with our provider. Provides face-to-face, virtual and ongoing materials and activities that are readily accessible.
- Induction – Develops and delivers the ongoing induction of new people into our business, particularly through the Corporate Induction, and content on the Induction Hub and Digital Academy.
- Learning and Development Curriculum – Manages and oversees the full learning and development curriculum: identifying individual, team and business needs, sourcing and\or delivering appropriate programmes and activities, and recording and maintaining online training records.
- Learning and Development Resources – Creates and maintains relevant learning paths to suit a range of learning requirements – mainly through our Linked in Learning Platform.
- Budgeting and Reporting – Manages all activities related to financial spend to ensure we are in line with company requirements. Feeds into the annual budget creation for Learning and Development. Completes all reporting requirements.
- Building internal profile - Works with the People Partner team and Internal Communications to develop the learning engagement plan and a wide range of activities to promote development across TCE.
- People & Culture team member –fully integrates and gets involved in all aspects of the P&C Team.
Knowledge, experience and skills:
- Stakeholder management – Has experience influencing, communicating and engaging a range of stakeholders to deliver business outcomes.
- Project management – Has experience of project planning and delivering project related activity.
- Learning knowledge – Has experience of developing, implementing and evaluating learning interventions against best practice frameworks.
- Change experience – Can evidence successfully managing a business change.
- TCE knowledge – brings a clear understanding of why L&D is important to TCE.
