About the role and the team
We are recruiting for an enthusiastic Learning and Development Administrator to join the People and Organisational Development service at Depaul UK. You will be appointed to work within the team as a full-time (37.5 hours), permanent employee.
We are a busy, creative and pragmatic People department who are deeply committed to ensuring Depaul UK is a learning organisation and a workplace of choice. Your role will support and work alongside the Learning and Development Manager to deliver all aspects of Learning and Development support and administration.
As the Learning and Development Administrator, you will be passionate about the rights of young people in the UK. In this varied role you will provide high level administrative support for training delivery and schedule management, organisational development projects, contributing to decisions around learning interventions, and creating Learning and Development reports.

About you:
You will have excellent communication skills and be committed to the values and ethos of Depaul UK.
- You’ll be creative and have great attention to detail.
- Demonstrable planning and organisational skills
- Preferably some degree of experience of working with Cascade HRIS and Office products, or experience of managing booking and record management systems.
- An ability to produce reports via Excel and other Office programmes.
- An understanding of the issues faced by staff and managers working in challenging frontline services.
- Willingness to take charge of your own personal learning and development and engage in personal and professional reflective practice.
- An understanding of the importance of putting equity, diversity and inclusion at the heart of all of our People policies, systems and processes.
