Remote Working (with travel to all our hospital sites across the UK and Head Office locations) | HR | 12-month FTC | Full-Time

As a Learning & Development Trainer, you’ll bring experience as a trainer, preferably of electronic patient record systems, be an engaging, knowledgeable and passionate facilitator of training as well as ability to engage and influence key stakeholders. You will be passionate in supporting learners, be a clear communicator and have a resilient nature when facing challenging stakeholders.

Nuffield Health Electronic Patient Record (NEPR) is a large-scale change programme which is implementing the TrakCare EPR across all Nuffield Health hospitals. As our L&D Trainer you’ll help to deliver all elements of the training cycle associated with the implementation of TrakCare into our hospitals.

As our Learning & Development Trainer, you will:
Engage and support all hospital team and consultants to understand and learn new ways of working, related to the use of the system. This includes related business and clinical processes and workflows.
Support the creation and maintenance of training content for a blended learning package for the implementation of the TrakCare EPR into Nuffield Health hospitals.
Successfully deliver training for all team, consultants, and other partners.
Support the tracking of outcomes and evaluation throughout and feeding into necessary adjustments.
