Call Centre Executive -

Monday - Friday (no weekends)

SALARY

  • Basic salary of £21,673
  • Uncapped Bonus scheme
  • Average earners make £300- £400 per month increasing your salary to £24,000
  • Top earners make £400- £800 per month increasing your salary to £28,000
  • As it is uncapped you could earn even more

The Role as a Call Centre Executive will include

  • As a Call Centre Executive you will be calling existing customers to discuss renewals or upgrade their contract with the client
  • Providing general customer support
  • As a Call Centre Executive, you will be speaking to customers about their current packages and trying to upsell and secure their contract renewal

  • You must be able to deliver a top-quality customer service and ensure the best outcome for the customer

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £21,673.00-£35,000.00 per year

  • Driving Licence (preferred)
