We seek an experienced, inspirational midwife to provide ambitious, brave and compassionate leadership based in our Womens Hospital. Our families need safe, personalised, expert care. You will promote quality improvement, champion professional practice, making sure the voices of those for whom we care are central across our services. As a key member of our multi-professional team you will support and empower leaders to manage services to provide the best possible outcomes and experiences for all. This post will additionally have a focus on implementing and sustaining the recommendations from the national Saving Babies Lives Care Bundle.
