Role: Learning and Development Trainer

Salary: Circa £32,000 per annum, pro rata, depending on experience
Location: Horsham for initial training, but can be based from Farringdon, Croydon or Sittingbourne
Contracts available: 2 full time fixed term contracts available
Hours: 35 hours

The role

As an Learning and Development Trainer, you’ll deliver learning that meets business objectives and ensures that Southern Housing is ‘leading edge’ in terms of best practice and initiatives. You will also design and deliver IT systems and induction soft skills learning solutions as well as create and update materials to support learning solutions. Building relations with stakeholders will be essential to ensure that learning solutions are current.
The location
We are currently located in a modern, vibrant office in Horsham, which is right in the town centre and less than a 10-minute walk from Horsham train station.
However, we offer the flexibility for agile working to allow you to work from home for part of your working week (hybrid approach) and so we’ll provide you with the necessary mobile working equipment. You will also be able to work from one of our other locations in Croydon, Farringdon or Sittingbourne, after your training has been completed.
What you'll have
Experience in designing, delivering and evaluating training- A training qualification or evidence of relevant experience
- Creative and innovative ideas on how to deliver the training sessions
