Job Title: Learning and Development Service Manager
Location: Remote (Home) North based
Flexibility: Travel to Bolton office as required and to site
Contract Type: Permanent 37.5 hours per week
Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 per annum plus £3,000 car allowance

If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as a Learning and Development Service Manager!
Outcomes First Group is dedicated to the delivery of a first-class training delivery service that results in measurable improvements in outcomes. Placing customer needs at the heart of the team and deliver exceptional customer service and experience. You will aid in delivering consistently high levels of performance across the regional training teams.
You will be:
- Experienced in leading and managing regional training teams
- Have a proven track record of delivering efficiencies and continuously improving team performance.
- Able to maintain and evidence high standards of customer service & quality standards.
- Able to diffuse difficult situations and resolve issues in a customer service-driven way
- An experienced L&D practitioner, with a clear knowledge of what good looks like
- Used to working with ROI measurement & outcomes analysis
- A motivational and structured people leader
- Able to deal with all aspects of people leadership, i.e. recruitment, onboarding performance management, employee relations issues (disciplinary, grievance, conduct, attendance etc), development, succession planning
- Driven and self-motivated
- A professional and effective influencer of others
- Organised and structured in your approach to work with the ability to prioritize effectively
- Ideally education and or care sector experience.
- CIPD qualified (or equivalent experience)
