Job Title: Learning and Development Service Manager

Location: Remote (Home) North based

Flexibility: Travel to Bolton office as required and to site

Contract Type: Permanent 37.5 hours per week

Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 per annum plus £3,000 car allowance

If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as a Learning and Development Service Manager!

Outcomes First Group is dedicated to the delivery of a first-class training delivery service that results in measurable improvements in outcomes. You will aid in delivering consistently high levels of performance across the regional training teams.

You will be:

  • Experienced in leading and managing regional training teams
  • Have a proven track record of delivering efficiencies and continuously improving team performance.
  • Able to maintain and evidence high standards of customer service & quality standards.
  • Able to diffuse difficult situations and resolve issues in a customer service-driven way
  • An experienced L&D practitioner, with a clear knowledge of what good looks like
  • Used to working with ROI measurement & outcomes analysis
  • A motivational and structured people leader
  • Able to deal with all aspects of people leadership, i.e. recruitment, onboarding performance management, employee relations issues (disciplinary, grievance, conduct, attendance etc), development, succession planning
  • Driven and self-motivated
  • A professional and effective influencer of others
  • Organised and structured in your approach to work with the ability to prioritize effectively
  • Ideally education and or care sector experience.
  • CIPD qualified (or equivalent experience)
