This role can be based out of any of our European locations and hybrid and flexible working arrangements will be considered.
The role
In this role you will support two main functions within SLR:
Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) Strategic Advisory
You will be responsible for:
- The administration of SLR’s Excellence in Consulting Programme – organising dates in conjunction with the external facilitator, sending out invitations, managing attendees, updating training records, supporting billing and invoicing. Similar activities will be required of other future training events designed and implemented for this team e.g. future pitching and presentation skills and technical development programmes.
- Supporting the management of the existing ESG SharePoint Portal and updating it with key information, videos, policies, and training materials
- Managing the induction process for new team members which will involve liaising with the Regional People Teams to ensure timely completion of onboarding activities. This will also involve managing and updating employee training records via the businesses learning management system, Cornerstone.
- Administering the team’s LinkedIn Learning account – adding, removing licenses, assigning to groups, and downloading reports to send to regional Technical Discipline Managers.
Global Corporate and Support to Regional People Teams
You will be responsible for:
- Supporting the Global Learning Manager with the administration of the Global Women in Leadership Programme - organising dates in conjunction with internal and external facilitators, sending out invitations, managing attendees, updating training records, supporting billing and invoicing.
- Supporting the design and rollout of induction and onboarding programmes for newly acquired businesses e.g., as above as well as preparing induction materials, handling employee questions and escalating these where appropriate.
- Supporting the design and rollout of other key training programmes e.g. Cybersecurity, EDI training, ABC training using SLR’s new training platform, Cornerstone.
- Extracting information and reports from the IHASCO learning system and forwarding these reports to key internal stakeholders, to track and meet our ongoing Sustainability Targets.
- Supporting data analysis and reporting of Global Training costs and time
