The role

Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) Strategic Advisory

You will be responsible for:
  • The administration of SLR’s Excellence in Consulting Programme – organising dates in conjunction with the external facilitator, sending out invitations, managing attendees, updating training records, supporting billing and invoicing. Similar activities will be required of other future training events designed and implemented for this team e.g. future pitching and presentation skills and technical development programmes.

Global Corporate and Support to Regional People Teams

You will be responsible for:
  • Supporting the Global Learning Manager with the administration of the Global Women in Leadership Programme - organising dates in conjunction with internal and external facilitators, sending out invitations, managing attendees, updating training records, supporting billing and invoicing.
  • Supporting the design and rollout of induction and onboarding programmes for newly acquired businesses e.g., as above as well as preparing induction materials, handling employee questions and escalating these where appropriate.
  • Supporting the design and rollout of other key training programmes e.g. Cybersecurity, EDI training, ABC training using SLR’s new training platform, Cornerstone.
  • Extracting information and reports from the IHASCO learning system and forwarding these reports to key internal stakeholders, to track and meet our ongoing Sustainability Targets.
  • Supporting data analysis and reporting of Global Training costs and time
