The Learning Academy Team Administrator Role
PURPOSE OF YOUR JOB
- The Learning Academy Team Administrator will be part of a small team of staff supporting the IEP Learning Academy in delivering the learning elements of Institute’s Vision and Strategic Plan.
- You will be required to support, coordinate, and administer all internal and external Learning Academy activities ensuring delivery of an accurate and timely service.

We are now looking for an experienced Administrator to join our team. This is a remote position, with flexible hours and great pay. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the team, as well as ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the company.
The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, be highly motivated, and have a strong attention to detail. They should also be comfortable working independently and have the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

Tasks
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES / KEY RESULT AREAS
- Responsible for providing administrative support to the team, as well as ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the Learning Academy administration function.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints, efficiently and professionally.
- Maintain accurate records and filing systems, utilising both the CRM and Microsoft systems to their maximum potential.
- Assist with data entry and other administrative tasks as requested.
- Perform general office duties as required.
- Ensure that all deadlines are met.
- Provide customer service support to companies and learners as needed.
- Manage scheduling and calendar coordination for the Learning Academy team.
- Ensure LMS/CRM functionality is fully utilised to communicate course programmes to learners, issue joining instructions and course reminders.
- Devise and implement continuous improvements to administration processes and procedures to maximise efficiency and effectiveness.
- Cultivate strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
- Produce comprehensive management information and reports as required.

KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE
Essential
- Previous experience in an administration role or qualifications to support required level of knowledge and understanding of role.
- Proven track record of developing, implementing, and managing effective systems and procedures within a fast paced and demanding environment.
- Demonstrable expertise in planning, prioritising, and managing workload.
- An ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.
- Highly organised with a good eye for detail.
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills with ability to build relationships at all levels.
- Excellent oral communication and technical writing skills (MS Office proficient, specifically PowerPoint, Word, and Excel).

- An understanding of the employability sector with knowledge of the key stakeholders.
- Previous experience of working in a training environment.

Our Offer
- Hours – this is offered as a part-time role. (15 Hours per week Monday to Friday)
- Salary - £25,000 pa full-time rate (£10,000 for 15 hours per week)
- Holiday – 20 days per year in Year 1 (pro-rata); 25 days per year from Year 2 (pro-rata)
- Location – Working from home but requirement to occasionally travel to meetings where required across the UK. Some additional IEP meetings subject to discussion and agreement. All travel for IEP business will be paid for according to our expenses policy.
- Pension –Enrolment in an approved pension scheme according to Auto Enrolment requirements. Death in Service insurance plus other staff benefits.
