As Catering Operations & Performance Executive, you will become a crucial part of our catering and the wider airline operations team. This role focuses on a variety of key performance areas, all underpinned by your excellent communication and supplier management skills.
Our Onboard Experience division is made up of essential design, development and delivery teams. As a Catering Operations & Performance Executive, you will be essential in ensuring our service is delivered across the globe. Working across the United Kingdom and numerous global cities, you will ensure we achieve our customer experience.
Day to day, you will be:
- Observing, auditing, and measuring the performance of our catering suppliers, from ramp to catering kitchens.
- Supporting with daily monitoring activities, and liaising with our suppliers to ensure they have the information and support they need to succeed.
- Participating in product and network changes, making sure projects are delivered successfully by our catering suppliers.
- Assisting with invoicing and financial reconciliation tasks.
