It’s a promise that for our customers we will put their needs at the heart of everything we do, for our employees lets grow and develop together, for our partners - lets collaborate together to create mutual value and for the planet lets drive positive impact by integrating our sustainability work into how we do business.
We want you to achieve your full potential, and that’s why our rotational graduate programme is designed for you to experience different areas of our business and help you build a great foundation for your future career. You’ll get to add value and make an impact from the beginning.
What can I look forward to?
The business programme is split into different rotations, the first being nine months, followed by three six-month rotations and an optional fifth rotation for six months. During the programme, you will build a strong understanding of our business, how we assess risk, build and price products, how they are distributed and marketed, and how we deliver to customers when they need us. This unique exposure will give you a deep understanding of our culture and how we serve our customers.
Throughout the programme, you'll build diverse networks across the breadth of the UK business and have excellent opportunities to develop and test your skills. You can expect to get to grips with the complexity of claims, learn about underwriting and develop relationships with our customers and brokers. Additionally, you can expect to provide our customers with insight, influence the strategic marketing agenda and drive operational excellence.
You will be supported and challenged throughout and will work on key business projects and initiatives, ensuring you put the customer at the heart of all we do. You should expect to move business areas for each rotation, this could include geographically (£600 support for relocation). We will support and guide you to find the best rotations aligned to your career aspirations.
To top it all off, you'll also complete your Chartered Insurance Institute ACII Insurance qualification either through an apprenticeship (Level 6 Senior Insurance Professional Apprenticeship) if eligible or via self-study.
