Consortia has partnered up with an exciting start-up company looking for a Lead User Researcher to be part of their early-stage journey. Our client is delivering a complex solution across the crypto and blockchain division and need an experienced Lead User Researcher to join a collaborative team with a focus on building the research roadmap while maintaining a strong culture of innovation, trust and autonomy.
This is a highly complex solution so the right User Researcher will need to be comfortable working in a fast-paced, experimental environment. You will also be responsible for identifying the elements that will contribute to creating an impressive experience for users.
Ideally as the Lead User Researcher, you will;
- Create and put into place a UX research roadmap aligned with the voice of the audience
- Put users at the forefront of your research, as well as engaging with the design culture
- Have the ability to conduct research remotely, with research methods including, interviews, surveys, ideation sessions, usability evaluation, diary studies and more
- Be able to work as part of a wider team, as well as independently to deliver priority projects
- Crypto / Blockchain industry experience is an advantage.
