Role Overview
We are looking to recruit for a Lead Physician for our Centre based in Milton Keynes. Being part of a very experienced and strong multi-disciplinary team, you will be managing a team of GPs, overseeing their work and exploring matters that may need resolving. Working closely with the Centre Manager, Area Manager and Client, you will also be looking after the development and growth of your team and the expansion of your centre’s services. You will be joining a community of Lead Physicians within Blackberry, where you will be expected to support each other and be involved in collaborative work especially when it comes to improvement of practices. You will also have the chance of working alongside other senior clinical team members within Bupa.
