About the Role: Our Rogerstone Park site is part of our Meals division, employing around 1,650 people and producing a huge range of ready meals for retail customers. It's a fast-paced, complex food manufacturing environment where things can change very quickly, and no two days are ever the same. Reporting to the HR Manager, this a full generalist role and you will be part of team providing effective HR support services to the wider business. Your key responsibilities will include: Leading and developing a team of HR Advisors, ensuring all team and individual objectives and goals are achieved. Partnering with leaders across the site, providing advice, support and guidance on a range of people related matters. Managing a busy ER caseload, handling complex issues in areas such as performance management, conduct, absenteeism, disciplinary procedures, and grievances. Coaching line leaders on HR and people related matters to improve management capability within the business. Analysing and reporting on key HR KPIs and metrics. About You: This is a key role in the HR team and we're looking for somebody with the following skills and experience: Prior experience in an HR Business Partner role, ideally in a food, drink or FMCG manufacturing environment. Experience of leading an HR team. Strong people and leadership skills, able to work well with and, when appropriate, challenge colleagues at all levels. Demonstrable knowledge of UK employment law and experience of managing ER caseloads. Proactive and confident in approach, able to manage a busy workload in a fast paced environment. Experience of working on a unionised site. Preferably CIPD qualified. 2 Sisters Food
