Job description
Due to expansion within our parcel division, we are looking to an enthusiastic and diligent individual to support with the Customer Service function. The position will involve administration duties, dealing with drivers issues, and concerns, answering and assisting customers over the telephone and reporting of service failures to management. A basic understanding of Microsoft word, excel and outlook are essential.
Hours of work are 37.5 per week on differing shift patterns between 08.00-18.00, Monday to Friday with Saturday mornings worked in addition and on a rota basis. The shift rotation will be approx 1 in 7
22 days holiday per annum plus statutory holidays
