ABOUT THE COMPANY Lead Health & Safety Consultant - Construction Health & Safety Construction Consultancy Salary: Up to £55,000 p/a (Negotiable for the right candidate) Hybrid – Croydon A specialist Health and Safety construction consultancy are seeking an experienced and motivated Lead Health & Safety Consultant to join their team due to an exciting expansion. They have built a strong reputation in the construction industry and work with exciting client across London. The successful Lead Health & Safety Consultant will join a company with a reputation for excellence in health and safety, built on a foundation of hiring and developing top talent. ABOUT THE ROLE The successful Lead Health & Safety Consultant will be responsible for: Identifying and assessing hazards and implementing health and safety procedures for clients Providing guidance and mentorship to less experienced consultants. This includes providing them with support and advice on health and safety matters Working with the marketing team to develop innovative and engaging technical content that aligns with the company’s marketing objectives Developing and implementing health and safety procedures for high-risk activities REQUIREMENTS 2 - 3 years' experience in a health & safety role NEBOSH general certificate Diploma GradIOSH/MIIRSM membership REWARDS AND BENEFITS Up to £55,000 Generous pension contribution Generous annual leave entitlement Unrivalled career progression SW/143/6732 Cityscape Recruitment
