Within Data & Machine Learning (D&ML), we work flexibly and operate a hybrid working pattern with teams & individuals mixing their time between home and office locations with a principle of 2-3 days a week on average in the office agreed at a team level to balance both individual needs and business outcomes.
About you
Generally, you're comfortable in a technical leadership role, blending both solid leadership experience and technical expertise.
We're looking for a strong collaborator that can drive a strategy and key initiatives forward, while being an advocate for excellence, culture, and sustainability.
You'll support the growth and mentor junior colleagues, while helping shape the culture of the team.
More specifically we’d like you to have the following skills & experience:
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communications skills with ability to communicate and engage with non-technical and senior stakeholders

  • Passionate about driving a modern and inclusive culture
  • Some experience in Operations and support, ideally following SRE principles

  • A growth mindset, who encourages, mentor and motivates the teams around you
  • Ability to contribute to defining objectives to continuously improve and measure metrics
  • We deeply value diversity and are proudly committed to being an equal opportunity employer.
So, if you have the skills, background, and outlook we're seeking then get in touch, we'd love to hear from you!

You'll have numerous opportunities to stretch and develop beyond core role responsibilities. In addition, recognition for colleague contribution and performance is a truly meaningful element of our colleague charter.
You'll be rewarded with excellent benefits, personal development and a career that’s enriching and full of opportunity!

We're focused on delivering for both our customers and our colleagues; you’ll receive support to learn, grow and develop, benefitting from a huge range of opportunities opened up by being part of our Group.
Offering hybrid working patterns we believe that a healthy work/ life balance is as important as the work we deliver, just let us know what might work for you.
We are passionate about diversity and equal opportunity with industry recognition across gender, ethnicity, disability, LGBTQ+ and families.
