We have an exciting opportunity for a dynamic and innovative leader to lead a team of 6 specialist nurses, working across the hospital and community but working seamlessly with other members of the multidisciplinary team to ensure patients see the right person at the right time in the right place. A leadership role on the diabetes managed clinical network and the delivery of national drivers are integral to this post.
We are looking for a highly motivated individual with a proven track record in service delivery and team management. If you have the leadership skills and vision, we would love to hear from you!
PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS ROLE IS NOT A BAND 5 GENERIC NURSING ROLE AND THIS IS A LEAD DIABETES SPECIALIST NURSING ROLE.
