Lead Process Engineer

We are looking to appoint a lead engineer to our EPC process team! This is a fantastic opportunity for someone to come in and take charge of the process division and help lead the growth and development over the coming years. You will be working alongside our senior leadership team as we push to deliver some of the biggest and best projects in our industry. This role is critical to the day to day running and operation of the entire process division within our EPC department. You will be leading teams across multiple projects and across 4 offices as well as still being involved in engineering work yourself. Due to the spread of the team this person can be based in any of our 4 EPC offices - Runcorn, Falkirk, Cleckheaton or Immingham; however, you will be travelling between offices as and when required for projects and meetings.
The key responsibilities of the role are:
- Day to day management of the process engineering team within our EPC division.
- Management / oversight of the process engineering design work across multiple projects. Checking work and integrating with the other divisions within the wider EPC team.
- Working alongside the senior EPC leadership team to drive engineering standards, lead projects, report on performance / progress and win additional work.
- Interact and develop client relationships for your discipline as well as coordinating with clients, main contractors and sub-contractors across projects.
- Day to day process design engineering.

What we are looking for in you –
- Degree qualified – chemical engineering, preferably with chartered status.
- 10+ years experience within chemical process engineering.
- Experience of managing a team and projects. Client responsibilities / interaction is also preferable.
