Law Graduate Apprentice
We are looking to recruit a LLB and Accountancy Graduate Apprentice for Legal and Assistance accountant . Based in NORTH LONDON, the apprentice duties will include assisting with the business management team on all day to day Legal Assistance services.
Working in a fast paced environment, a successful candidate will be responsible for the following activities:
You'll need to have:
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Good attention to detail to be able to carefully analyse files and data
· Legal research skills and the desire to develop your understanding of the law
· The ability to work well under pressure and to tight deadlines
· Office administrative skills for tasks such as filing, typing and letter writing
· Flexibility and adaptability in your attitude and approach to work
· a flexible and adaptable approach to your work.
· Business acumen and an understanding of the clients' needs
· professionalism when working with colleagues.
· Carry out office administration, including billing and writing letters
· organise diaries, schedule meetings and respond to telephone queries
· write first document drafts and proofread documents.
· Network with clients and build valuable relationships
· write reports, conduct legal research, take witness statement.
Recent Law graduates ONLY.
Training to be Provided
You will be learning about some basic aspects of Debt collection, Commercial Lease and contact tenancy agreement, including some aspect of contract law. In addition, learning new skills related to how businesses work
On the Apprenticeship there will be a good mixture of hands-on practical work and written work.
